Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the subscription policies and terms of use for SoAisy, a hybrid AI and human-powered social media platform operated by Lasota Group Ltd.

1. About SoAisy

SoAisy (“the Platform”) is operated by **Lasota Group Ltd**, registered in England and Wales under Company Number **11081131**, with its trading address at **1a George St, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 1JX**, United Kingdom. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • a. SoAisy operates on a monthly subscription basis.
  • b. By subscribing, you agree to pay the relevant fee for the plan you select on our website (see current details at soaisy.com). All prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise.
  • c. Payment is made in advance by credit/debit card or other displayed payment method.
  • d. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • e. If your payment method fails, we may attempt to take payment again or suspend access until payment is received.
  • f. We may change our pricing or plans at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change affecting their ongoing plan.

3. Fair Usage Policy

  • a. SoAisy does not currently restrict the number of AI requests but expects reasonable use consistent with running a typical business.
  • b. You agree not to use the Platform to generate or distribute illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • c. We reserve the right to modify our fair usage thresholds and will notify you of substantial changes.

4. Service Level and Downtime

  • a. We aim for 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
  • b. If unscheduled downtime exceeds 1% of a calendar month, you may request a pro-rata refund or credit.
  • c. Refund or credit requests for downtime must be made in writing within 14 days of the affected period.
  • d. We notify users in advance of planned maintenance when feasible.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • a. You may cancel at any time in writing to support@soaisy.com. Your subscription ends at the next renewal date; no refunds are given for partially used periods unless legally required.
  • b. If you switch to a lower plan, changes will take effect from your next billing cycle.
  • c. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for non-payment, breach of these terms (including fair usage), or behaviour which threatens the security or integrity of our service.
  • d. On termination, we will retain your data for **30 days** after cancellation, after which it will be deleted unless required by law.

6. User Obligations

  • a. You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised users.
  • b. Use the platform only for your own business or, if an agency, your business clients as agreed in your plan.
  • c. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and ensuring it complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.

7. Data & Privacy

  • a. We process your personal and business data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  • b. You retain ownership of any content you provide; SoAisy retains IP in its AI tools, processes, and generated template content.

8. Liability

  • a. Our total liability is capped at the greater of £100 or the value of fees paid in the previous month.
  • b. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
